Thanks again for all the help you and Paul have given us to get our hot stamp machine working again. With Paul’s advice, we have narrowed down the problem to some faulty relays. You guys are great!
— Dean Bogner, Custom Molders Group

I called NuDec (formerly Versadec, also formerly AcroMark) because the machine I have, an old machine, suffered an electrical failure that was my fault. (Okay, it was really my electrician’s fault, but why place blame at a time like this?) I spoke first to one of their sales reps, who was awesome, and he suggested I call the owner of the company, John, who got off his other call to take mine. I think it’s worth noting that I am not an existing customer. I’m using a borrowed machine that was most likely purchased used from someone else. It’s an old machine and NuDec had nothing to gain by assisting me (apart from this testimonial, which they did not solicit. I offered). Never once did they try to sell me a new machine, nor did they at any point make me feel badly for my error. They took the time to look up old schematics, email them to me, put me on the phone with their electrician, allow him to spend company time illustrating a simplified graphic fix for me, and inviting me to call back as needed to be walked through the process of fixing the machine (or at least the issue) myself. This level of customer care is rare these days. I was so grateful for the experience that I probably will end up purchasing a new machine from them so that I can have the latest technology and as well so that I can support a company who has absolutely earned my business.
